Protest march against propaganda and political corruption in Patuakhali

Md. Riyazur Rahman Patuakhali::  On the occasion of the ‘Organizational Week’ of the Bangladesh Nationalist Youth Party, a nationwide protest march has been held in protest against propaganda, conspiracy and unethical politics.
On the occasion of the Organizational Week in Patuakhali, a protest march has been held under the direction of the Central Youth Party against politics under the initiative of Md. Nurul Amin Liton Gazi, former vice president of the District Youth Party. On Wednesday (June 24) afternoon, a protest march organized by the Youth Party took out from in front of the New Market Square in the municipality. The protest march circled the main roads of the city, stopped in front of the BNP party office, went to the launch ghat and declared the rally over.
Addressing the rally, the former vice-president of the district youth party said,
In democratic politics, there can be differences of opinion, but propaganda, personal attacks and ugly behavior are not acceptable in any way. They called for practicing positive politics for the welfare of the people while maintaining political harmony.
Political propaganda is the process of intentionally spreading false, misleading or distorted information against a political party, group or ideology and using this technique on various media, including social media, to shape public opinion, humiliate opponents or gain political benefits through false information.
Leaders and activists of the district, Sadar Upazila and municipal youth parties were present at the protest march and rally.
