Akkelpur Correspondent- A peace rally was held at Akkelpur of Joypurhat on the initiative of upazila and municipal BNP. Leaders and activists of Upazila, Municipal BNP, Jubo Dal, Chhatra Dal, Svechchasevak Dal and allied organizations participated in the rally. On Wednesday (August 14) this peace rally was held at College Bazar Dhanahati organized by Upazila BNP.
Former Chairman of Upazila Parishad and Joint Convener of Upazila BNP Kamruzzaman Kamal, Convener of Municipal BNP Alamgir Chowdhury Badsha, Convenor Member of Upazila BNP and Chairman of Gopinathpur Union Habibur Rahman, Joint Convener of Municipal BNP and Councilor No. 2 of Municipal Assembly Afaz Uddin, Convening committee member and Ward No. 4 Councilor of Municipal Assembly Md. Aminul Islam Paltu, former Upazila Chhatra Dal general secretary Aminur Rashid Iku, former Upazila Chhatra Dal founder general secretary Ashraf Ali and various leaders of upazila and municipal BNP.
Meanwhile, BNP leaders said that a peace rally is being organized by the upazila and municipal BNP in Hibese as part of the central program of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) to keep the environment calm in Bangladesh. So that no one creates chaos on the streets. The afflicted may not cause the deterioration of law and order.
