MD TASIN ZAMAN, MAGURA : Seminar on drug prevention awareness was held at Sreepur, Magura. Issues to be done to prevent drug abuse, eliminate harmful drugs and build social movements against drugs are discussed.
This seminar was organized on Tuesday 21st January in the auditorium of Amtoil Secondary School organized by Ad Dawah Islamic Foundation.
Md. Sakibul Islam, member of Ad Dawah Islamic Foundation, spoke at the event, former principal of Nakol Sammilani Degree College and president of Adhoc Committee of Amtoil Secondary School, Munshi Mokhleshur Rahman, Lawyer advocate of Magura Judge Court Saiful Islam Saif,Amtoil Secondary School Headmaster Molla Faizur Rahman Lavu, Nakol Raicharan Secondary School Headmaster Sheikh Abdul Mannan Biswas.Md. Mamun Mridha the parents member of the adhoc committee of Amtoil Secondary School,Village doctor Shahiduzzaman Khosru, among others were present.Social nurse Azaduzzaman Town, Shah Nawaz, Director of Challenge Coaching Center & Journalist Munshi Ashiqur Rahman. Speakers told the students at the event, “You are young now. Many people will try to push you to the bad side or the path of darkness.”
Can’t go wrong at all. Various situations can arise in life. But under no circumstances should the drug be touched. Because, drugs will not bring any benefit, but will push the life towards darkness forever.
Drugs destroy not only the individual but also his family.
Drug addicts often get involved in criminal activities. If it cannot be controlled, the society will be destroyed. So we have to build a social movement to eradicate drugs. We have to prevent its abuse.
