Bablu Ranjan Biswas, kushtia:: A day-long jute farmer training was held in Mirpur, Kushtia. The training was held on Wednesday morning at the Upazila Auditorium under the Advanced Technology Based Jute and Jute Seed Production and Extension (1st Revised) Project being implemented by the Jute Department under the Ministry of Textiles and Jute.
The program was presided over by Mamunar Rashid, Jute Development Officer of the District Jute Department, and Nazmul Islam, Upazila Executive Officer. Upazila Agriculture Officer Abdullah Al Mamun, Assistant Project Director of the Jute Department Osman Ali Sheikh, Deputy Assistant Jute Development Officer Rashed Ahmed, Bangladesh Village Court Activation (3rd Phase) Upazila Coordinator Taimur Hayati, Abdus Salam, and others were present as special guests. The program was conducted by District Chief Inspector Sohrab Uddin Biswas.
