Shamsul Alam, Thakurgaon – Muktijoddha Emdadul Haque’s state funeral and funeral have been completed. The state funeral and funeral were completed at Mahajanpara in Bhelajan village of Thakurgaon Sadar Upazila on Monday afternoon. Before the funeral, Sadar UNO Md. Khairul Islam and the freedom fighters paid tribute to his coffin by placing a bouquet of flowers. Later, the arriving police members led by the OC provided a guard of honor with state honors. After the funeral, he was buried in the family graveyard. Numerous local BNP leaders and activists and brave freedom fighters, along with numerous well-wishers and devotees, were present.
