UNESCO Clubs greets Bangladesh for being elected as UNGA president

The secretary general of the National Association of UNESCO Clubs in Bangladesh Mahbubuddin Chowdhury congratulated the government as Bangladesh was elected as president of the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly, represented by its foreign minister Khalilur Rahman.

In a statement he said that the country had achieved meaningful success under the guidance of the present government led by prime minister Tarique Rahman.

The secretary general of the UNESCO Clubs thanked the UN and UNESCO for brightening the country’s image and keeping a friendly relation.

Prime minister was thanked for effectively introducing various social benefit measures like the family card, krishi card, e-health card etc within a short time.

Government adopted timely initiative for infrastructural development economic growth and improvement in the quality of life. It is fervently hoped that in the future, the dream of enlightened ‘Bangladesh First’ ideology will be able to attain a respectable position in the world under the dynamic leadership of prime minister Tarique Rahman.
