Kushtia- Amir of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Dr. Shafiqur Rahman said, we have to give deep respect and dignity to the blood of all the martyrs who participated in the construction of a new independent Bangladesh, including the students who lost their liver. Remember that after the fall of a dictatorial tyrannical government, we have to ensure that no more tyrannical government is formed. Let the struggle of justice and faith not go in vain. God will decide who will come to power in the future. We want to establish this new independent Bangladesh with many sacrifices, a Bangladesh of harmony regardless of caste, religion, caste. He said these things in the speech of the chief guest at the exchange meeting with the family members of the martyrs in the anti-discrimination student movement organized by Kushtia District Jamaat on Sunday morning.
He addressed former prime minister Sheikh Hasina, who fled the dictatorial regime, and said, “It is your people who have made you the mastermind and godmother.” Now those who are caught are saying that I did not do it on the order of so and so. And when he was in power, it was always said that the tree swayed this way, the Prime Minister (Sheikh Hasina) was watching the leaves of the tree moving. Everything needs his permission, his guidance. So your people made you mastermind and godmother not us. He said how he ruled, he said Bangladesh is a role model for development. But he created a beautiful paradise garden, who had to leave your country like this after 15 and a half years?
